The "Apero" or "Aperitif" is the concept of having a drink and snack before a big meal. It is a ritual that is almost sacred in France, and many partake in L'Apero on a daily basis, whether with friends on the weekend or stopping for a quick drink and snack on the way home from work.
This tour will take place in the 9th and the 18th Arrondissements and it includes three stops. We will be having a various assortment of charcuterie, cheese, and other specialities. at two of the three stops, and wine at all three stops. The products that we will be tasting may include those from regions of France such as Franche-Comte, Normandie, Languedoc-Roussillon, among others. We will also dedicate some time to learning about natural and biodynamic wines.
it is worth noting that this tour focuses mainly on French wine, charcuterie (mostly pork, though occasionally other red meats), and cheese. If you do not consume these products, this might not be the tour for you.
